1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 789bing. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 789bing platform, website, and all related services (collectively referred to as "the Platform"). 789bing is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in the Philippines.

By creating an account with 789bing, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register or continue to use the Platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account with 789bing, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or be a Philippine resident accessing the Platform.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• You must not be a current employee, agent, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any such person employed by 789bing or its affiliated companies.
• You must not currently have a self-exclusion order in effect through any recognised gaming authority or through 789bing's own responsible gaming tools.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of any account balance.

789bing reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Each person is permitted to hold one account only. If duplicate accounts are detected, 789bing will close the duplicate account(s), transfer any legitimate balance to the primary verified account, and void any bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 789bing account credentials, including your username, password, and any security PIN or two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person, including family members. 789bing will treat any activity conducted through your account as activity you have authorised, regardless of whether you personally performed it.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for other websites or applications.
• Enable two-factor authentication if available on your account settings.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact 789bing customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

789bing will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. Any communication claiming to be from 789bing that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to our support team.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on 789bing are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not accepted.

789bing supports the following deposit channels:

• GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
• BDO Online Banking, BPI Online, UnionBank Online
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfer
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards

Deposits are typically credited to your 789bing wallet in real time or within a few minutes, depending on your chosen payment channel. If a deposit does not reflect after 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

789bing does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 789bing's control. Check with your e-wallet or bank for applicable fees before depositing.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your 789bing account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. If this is not possible, 789bing will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Standard processing times are as follows:

• GCash / Maya: Within 5 minutes of approval
• InstaPay bank transfer: Within 30 minutes
• PESONet: Within 1 banking business day
• Card refunds: 3–5 banking business days depending on the card issuer

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for regular players; however, large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks before processing.

789bing does not process withdrawals to accounts or e-wallets that are not registered under your verified identity. Funds cannot be transferred to another 789bing member's account.

Withdrawal requests for accounts with pending bonus wagering requirements may be held until wagering is completed. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

789bing offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the promotion. In all cases, the following general bonus rules apply:

• All bonuses require wagering before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per eligible person, household, IP address, and device, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your wallet. Real money is used first on all wagers. Bonus funds are applied after your real money balance reaches zero.
• 789bing reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed, and to modify bonus terms with reasonable notice.
• Misuse of bonuses — including creating multiple accounts, using bots, or exploiting game mechanics to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk — is considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and possible account closure.

Any winnings generated from free spins or free bet bonuses are credited as bonus funds unless stated otherwise, and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to real money and withdrawn.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 789bing are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market section. In general:

• Bets are accepted at the odds or game state displayed at the time of confirmation. 789bing is not responsible for connection issues that result in a bet being placed at unintended odds.
• Accepted bets are binding and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation, except in cases covered by our Voiding Policy below.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or cannot be completed, 789bing will void all affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• For live in-play betting, 789bing reserves the right to suspend markets at any time. Bets placed during a suspension period will be void.
• Maximum betting limits apply per event and market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before submission.
• 789bing reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel bets at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or abuse of pricing errors.

Pricing errors or obvious mistakes in published odds will not be honoured. 789bing reserves the right to void any bet placed on an obviously erroneous price and return the stake to the player's account.

8 Game Fairness & RNG

All casino and arcade game titles available on 789bing are provided by certified third-party game studios. Each game uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited to ensure fair and statistically unpredictable outcomes.

789bing does not develop, modify, or in any way influence the outcome of any game provided by third-party studios. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate based on the game studio's certification and long-run statistical data.

Game results are final once the round is completed. 789bing will not reverse game outcomes based on player claims of unfairness unless a verified technical fault is confirmed through investigation of server-side game logs.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 789bing and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, withholding of funds pending investigation, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulent payment methods to fund your account.
• Money laundering, or any use of the Platform to disguise the origin of funds.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or glitches in the Platform for financial gain.
• Placing bets with knowledge of insider information related to match-fixing or event manipulation.
• Operating or participating in any affiliate or referral fraud scheme involving 789bing.

789bing cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory bodies. Any evidence of criminal conduct discovered on the Platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

10 Responsible Gaming

789bing is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should always be a form of entertainment — never a way to earn income, manage debt, or cope with personal difficulties.

789bing provides the following responsible gaming tools, which any member can activate at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss amount per session, day, week, or month.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your own account. Self-exclusion periods are strictly enforced and cannot be reversed until the period expires.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

789bing reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Identity verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• Fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected.
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has directed account restriction.
• An account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a verified Terms violation, 789bing reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, the balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real money balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

12 Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, software, design elements, and materials on the 789bing Platform are the intellectual property of 789bing or its licensors. This includes but is not limited to the 789bing name, logo, website design, game interfaces, and all written content.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or commercially exploit any content from the 789bing Platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of 789bing intellectual property may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 789bing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to connectivity failures, device issues, or interruptions in third-party payment services.
• Errors or delays in odds or game data caused by third-party data providers.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

789bing does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. 789bing will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

14 Privacy

789bing collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

789bing will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or for the purpose of fraud prevention.

15 Changes to These Terms

789bing may update these Terms at any time. When we do, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date at the top of the document. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, 789bing will cooperate with relevant regulatory authorities to facilitate resolution.
